With a Master's degree in Sports Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, he has worked as the lead sports psychologist for five Yuva Kabaddi Series editions facilitating the improvement of performance for over 600 professional kabaddi players from all over India by offering customized mental training programs and group workshops.

Unique Approach: He conducts regular individual and group sessions with hockey athletes and travels with the team for national tournaments and camps. He is a Scottish FA and an AIFF "D" license holder.
