With a post graduate qualification (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University (UK) and her graduate studies from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She is also associated with the British Association for Sport and Exercise Science (BASES).
Unique Approach: As Aditi has been an elite gymnast and student-athlete, competing consistently at the national level, allows her to integrate her experiences and knowledge in sport to support her clients. She utilises research informed approaches in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassionate Focused Therapy to help athletes maximise their potential.
