Unique Approach: With her extensive experience in healthcare, human resources, and competitive sports, she understands athletes' mental and physical challenges. Siddhi employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice. By integrating these therapeutic approaches, she provides athletes with the tools they need to overcome obstacles, enhance performance, and achieve a balanced, fulfilling sporting career.
