With a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, UK, she works with athletes between the ages of 10 and 25, from young beginners to elite performers.

Unique Approach
Her philosophy is simple yet intentional: person first, athlete next, performance after—with psychology serving all three. She emphasises progress over perfection and process over outcomes, helping athletes build self-awareness and develop the capacity to respond effectively to the demands of their sport. Having herself been an elite performer and represented her sport at the international level for 13 years, Nandini brings a deep, lived understanding of the pressures, expectations, and realities of competitive sport
