With a Masters in Psychology of Sport and Exercise from Loughborough University, U.K, she conducts regular individual and group sessions with budding, grass-root level as well as elite athletes and players across different sports.
Unique Approach: She believes in practicing what she preaches, and as an example mindfulness, which is a large part of her fitness routine is also a part of the sessions she conducts.
Dr Sahen Gupta
With a MSc and Doctorate in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University, he conducts regular individual and group sessions with developmental and elite athletes from different sports. He has travelled with teams to ICC World Cups, European Qualifiers, European and National Championships as the Head Sport Psychologist.
Unique Approach: He is one of the few Sport Psychologists trained in psychotherapy and works on balancing mental health with performance and aims to bring cutting-edge research into applied performance benefits.
Sathvik Goud
With a double masters in Clinical & Sports Psychology and more than 7years experience working with athletes, he has won multiple best paper awards in International conferences in sports psychology.

Priyanka Prabhakar
With an M.Phil and M.Sc in Psychology with clinical specialization she has worked as a Sports Psychologist at Sports Authority of India (SAI), Bangalore. She has worked extensively with the Indian Hockey Men & Women’s Teams during Rio Olympics 2016 & Tokyo Olympics 2020 respectively.
Unique Approach: Priyanka uses an integrated approach, weaving together systemic theory and practice, emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and body work while working with athletes.

With a MSc in Psychology of Sport and Exercise from Leeds Beckett University, UK, she works with athletes and coaches in multiple individual and team sports to develop the ‘individual behind the athlete’.

Aditi Gandhi
With a post graduate qualification (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University (UK) and her graduate studies from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She is also associated with the British Association for Sport and Exercise Science (BASES).
Unique Approach: As Aditi has been an elite gymnast and student-athlete, competing consistently at the national level, allows her to integrate her experiences and knowledge in sport to support her clients. A Sport Psychologist with a Masters in Sport Psychology from MYAS-GNDU, Department of Sport Sciences and Medicine, Amritsar.
Unique Approach: He has worked with athletes across sports disciplines at All India University level. Has helped athletes mentally prepare for Khelo India. Assisted injured athletes to manage their situation and recover during monthly posting at the Rehab Centre in MYAS-GNDU Dept of Sport Sciences and Medicine.
Siddhi Kabra
With a post graduate qualification (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University (UK) and her graduate studies from Ashoka University, Sonipat. She is also associated with the International Society of Sport Psychology (ISSP).
Unique Approach: With her extensive experience in healthcare, human resources, and competitive sports, she understands athletes' mental and physical challenges. Siddhi employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice. By integrating these therapeutic approaches, she provides athletes with the tools they need to overcome obstacles, enhance performance, and achieve a balanced, fulfilling sporting career.
Kelly John
Has a M.A. in Psychology with a specialization in Lifespan Counselling from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology from Leeds Beckett University. She has been a national level Hockey player and a Sports Authority of India (SAI) hockey athlete, allowing her to draw upon her own experience in helping student- athletes optimize their performance on and off the field.
Unique Approach: Her approach integrates mental health support with mental skills training to holistically develop the individuals she works with. She provides individual and group counselling, conducts Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops and also offers specialized support for students with special needs.
Abhishek Jha
With a Master's degree in Sports Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, he has worked as the lead sports psychologist for five Yuva Kabaddi Series editions facilitating the improvement of performance for over 600 professional kabaddi players from all over India by offering customized mental training programs and group workshops.
Unique Approach: He conducts regular individual and group sessions with hockey athletes and travels with the team for national tournaments and camps. He is a Scottish FA and an AIFF "D" license holder.
