Dr. Devika Patil

With an M.B.B.S, a qualified medical Psychiatrist and then with master’s degrees in Psychology of Sport and Exercise, she combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on expertise over her experience of 5 years in the field of mental health. Primarily works with athletes competing in individual sports like triathlon, athletics, badminton, shooting, archery. Outside her professional work, she is a competitive age-group triathlete, allowing her to build deeper connections with athletes through shared experiences.

Unique Approach: Integrating her skills as a psychiatrist and therapist she addresses psychiatric and psychological issues in athletes providing holistic care and mental well-being.

Payal Gore

Location: Pune and Mumbai
With a Bachelor’s degree from Pune University, India, and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, she is currently pursuing the SEPAR program with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences.

Unique Approach: She has a particular interest in supporting sportswomen with menstruation-related challenges, providing tailored psychological interventions. Also has experience of working with diverse sports and organizations, including India Blind Cricket, England Amputee Football Association, and athletes in equestrian sports, athletics, rugby, weightlifting, and more.

Mehek Kangralkar

Location: Bhubaneshwar
With a postgraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology (MSc) from the University of Portsmouth with experience in applied performance psychology, athlete development, and stakeholder communication. She holds certifications in Psychological First Aid and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (Level 1). She has worked with grassroots-level athletes at residential academies, helping them enhance their teamwork, communication and time management skills.

Unique Approach: Her work integrates psychological principles with practical strategies to foster mental strength, motivation, and well-being in sports. With expertise in data analysis and research, she brings a structured, holistic and evidence-based approach to athlete support.

Harshitha Penakalapati

Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad
With a Masters of Education degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University, her research was focused on understanding how psychological factors like perfectionism impact performance in competitive badminton players.

Unique Approach: Every athlete is unique, and her approach is tailored to understand individual mindset, challenges and goals.

Siya Manjeshwar

Location: Bengaluru
With a Master’s degree in Psychology of Sport from the University of Stirling, Scotland, she has a proven ability to connect effectively with athletes, coaches, and sports professionals through engaging and customized presentations. With hands-on experience managing high-performance athletes, she is deeply committed to fostering resilience and promoting mental health in the sporting world.

Unique Approach: Her expertise includes conducting psychological assessments, delivering mental skills training, and implementing tailored performance-enhancing interventions for individuals and teams.

Rishima Kanade

Location: Pune
With a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University, she has a strong background in mental performance, athlete well-being, and psychological research.

Unique Approach: With extensive experience as a nationally ranked rifle shooter and an ex-member of the Indian National Squad, she brings firsthand insight into the psychological demands of elite sports. Her expertise spans performance psychology, mental health in sports, and coach-athlete dynamics.

Katha Sonaniskar Deshmukh

Location: Kalyan, Mumbai & Nasik
With a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University, UK, she works with athletes between the ages of 10 and 25, from young beginners to elite performers.

Unique Approach: Her approach is structured and science-backed but also rooted in empathy and real-world experience. She believes every athlete has a unique journey, and mental training should reflect that. She also believes that athletes thrive when the people around them, parents, coaches, strength trainers work as a team. Part of her work involves helping this support system become more aligned, communicative, and effective, because real progress happens when everyone is on the same page.
