Aishwarya Dhopaokar holds a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. She is trained in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), which informs her approach to helping athletes develop resilience, manage pressure, and build effective thought patterns.

A former national-level Judo player, Aishwarya brings the valuable perspective of an athlete to her work. Her own experience allows her to understand the psychological demands of competitive sport and connect authentically with those she works with.

Nupur Kaul

Nupur Kaul is a Sport & Exercise Psychologist with 10 years of experience working with athletes, coaches, and parents. She is a consulting psychologist to multiple academies, helping to fill the need gap in the psychological aspect of sport and enhance athletic performance. She holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mithibai College (India).

As a former National skater and International lawn tennis player, Nupur focuses on combining the physical and mental aspects of performance to facilitate a holistic learning approach, and aims to promote sports psychology from a wellness point of view rather than only an illness point of view.

Viraj Lad

Viraj Lad is a passionate and purpose-driven Sport Psychology practitioner with an extensive background in mental health and sporting ecosystems. He holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Greenwich, UK.

His journey into Sport Psychology is deeply rooted in his personal story. After setbacks prevented him from pursuing professional cricket, he committed himself to helping athletes unlock their mental strength. As a facilitative practitioner, he believes athletes already have an innate ability to change their performance, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic psychology to support that process.

Shreeya Vedak

Shreeya is a Sport Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. She has experience working with athletes across developmental and competitive pathways in India, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom, supporting them in building the psychological skills needed to thrive both in sport and in life.

Shreeya adopts an athlete-first approach, working collaboratively with athletes to develop practical mental skills such as confidence, focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and resilience. She uses evidence-based assessments as tools for feedback and growth rather than labels, and believes long-term success comes from holistic development where performance, well-being, education, and personal growth are all valued.

Varun Mudur

Location: Tata Football Academy, Jamshedpur
Varun is a Sports and Performance Psychologist who has experience working with academies and children across various sports, as well as helping people improve their habits and performance in relation to health and exercise. He holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom.

His practice draws on interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and more specifically Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), with a focus on understanding beliefs and keeping thoughts productive. Having competed in district-level Table Tennis and college-level Football, Varun believes that being around athletes and coaches regularly has shaped his ability to help young athletes understand their thoughts and emotions and perform to the best of their ability.

Stuti Jain

Stuti is a gold-medalist postgraduate in Sports and Exercise Psychology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat. With a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, she has consistently excelled, ranking first across her studies.

Unique Approach
Proficient in tools such as JASP and PsychoPy, she combines strong analytical skills with applied knowledge, effectively bridging the gap between research and practice. She is particularly skilled in statistics and quantitative studies, adding depth and rigor to her work.

Bhargavi Mangudkar

Location: Odisha Naval Tata Hockey HPC, Bhubaneshwar
As a British Psychological Society accredited Master of Science in Sports & Exercise Psychology from Brunel University London (UK), her expertise is in helping athletes to enhance their sporting performance and develop a positive approach.

Unique Approach
She is an ITF tennis player herself, and her own experience has inspired her to pursue sports psychology knowing the requirement and need of the hour
